All of our thermoformers can process thermoplastic materials ranging in thickness from .008" to .090", and current finished product sizes can reach up to 60" x 52" x 7-1/2”.

We stock a large variety of thermoforming materials in different widths, gauges, and colors, which enables us to respond efficiently to our customer’s demands. Custom size or color requirements are addressed promptly thanks to our close relationship with some of the industry’s largest thermoplastic material suppliers.
